September 14, 201313 yr Aside from depth what does Dyer bring to the table? I think he can bring a lot. I think the Coaching staff is having hard time having 3 good running backs and trying to use them all.
September 14, 201313 yr I think he can bring a lot. I think the Coaching staff is having hard time having 3 good running backs and trying to use them all. I really think Perry won this game for UL. He looked like a man running.
September 15, 201313 yr Thought today was the day for the Cats. Great atmosphere in Lexington, but turnovers killed them. Learn and move on. Smith seems like he is always banged up.
September 15, 201313 yr Is Western Kentucky the best team in the state of Kentucky? I think it's debatable if we're talking a one-and-out. If UK doesn't just give the ball away this is a totally diff game, ULs only test of the season has mixed results but they did enough to beat UK. But so did Western. These didn't take long...
September 15, 201313 yr These didn't take long... Nor should they, UK is a bad football team with 1 for sure win left ok the schedule.
September 15, 201313 yr Nor should they, UK is a bad football team with 1 for sure win left ok the schedule. Louisville played poorly also, and still won by two touchdowns... What's your point? They aren't allowed to have a bad day?
September 15, 201313 yr WKU's offense > UK's offense Based on what? UK had a HUGE offensive game last weekend...
September 15, 201313 yr Louisville played poorly also, and still won by two touchdowns... What's your point? They aren't allowed to have a bad day? No there not allowed to have a bad day with one of the worst schedules in the country. Not if their trying to slip into the title game.
September 15, 201313 yr No there not allowed to have a bad day with one of the worst schedules in the country. Not if their trying to slip into the title game. Louisville isn't getting in the title game. Some non-UL fans are having a harder time grasping that (maybe because they want to continue to bash the schedule) than Louisville fans are.

Well that's fine if you concede that then today's win is fine, it's a step towards the Sugar Bowl I suppose. I just don't want to hear the UL fans whining in January about how they should be in, cause your fooling yourself if you don't think some will be.

I'm realistic enough to admit that we are more than likely playing for another BCS game/victory. Too many things have to happen not in Louisville's power for them to make the ship. It is highly unlikely, IMO.

I think Card fans know the schedule would hurt them this year. Not anything they can do about it. ESPN killed them when they destroyed the Big East
September 15, 201313 yr So going to Sugar Bowl is a bad thing? That's what I don't get... People acting like winning another BCS game would be such a terrible thing. Maybe I'm easy to please, but I'll take another BCS win.
