September 19, 201313 yr Initial thoughts: The Kentucky game speaks for itself. The North Carolina game should be a great one as well, and is even more significant because it's the beginning of a rivalry that will continue when Louisville joins the ACC. I have to give them props for playing Western Kentucky; that game is one where they have everything to lose and nothing to gain. Despite a hodge-podge conference, two games against Cincinnati, Memphis, SMU, and Connecticut still give them a nice slate of games. In addition to those, and without knowing more off the top of my head, Temple and Houston are two inner-city programs in large metro areas who could surprise if they are in an "up" year.

Goodman says the freshman "could start for 300-plus teams around the country." 3) Goodman also hates Getslow.

I bring those up to say that Goodman's judgment isn't particularly good. He clearly dislikes that which is great. I can only assume that he loves that which ought to be hateful. October 8, 201312 yr ^ I was too. Great motor and constantly looked to get out on the break. I'll be at a wedding in Tennessee this weekend so I have to miss the scrimmage. I'll definitely be there for the final one on Oct. 19.
