Ballard is said to have a great team this year, with multiple d1 prospects. The xaverians are said to have the most talent they've probably had in the last decade. The tigers are sporting a new coaching staff. Who wins and why?

X 35 Ballard 7.

I will take Ballard.

You are a sore loser!

I am? I was not impressed with X. They have 10 D1 recruits and barely beat SK! If you ask me that was a win for SK!

Don't know what game you saw, but a scrimmage is a scrimmage is a scrimmage....you don't have to be impressed. Maybe we can meet again in the playoffs when something is on the line Start a new SK thread if you think so highly if your pioneers....

I'll go with the Tigers in this one. The trenches will prove to be the difference in this one.

Tigers 34

Bruins 13

As much as I would love to see a speed bump in the road for the greatest coaching staff in the history of high school football I just don't see it happening here. The new running clock comes into play in the first half.

^ I find it amaizing that the T folks are the only ones proclaiming St. X's new staff as "greatest coaching staff in the history of high school football". It truly makes one wonder what these guys are smoking.....:lol2:

I expect a good game against the Bruins. Close game at the half, only to see X open it up in the second half. And I mean open the running game. . .

X 35 - Ballard 10

St X rolls!

Is coach j allowed to participate in this thread?

Allowed? Yes, unless his employer won't allow it.

I don't think allowed was the correct word.
