August 9, 201313 yr Alcohol trucks. Trucks about the size of U-haul trucks, whose trailer is a refrigerated unit, containing different types and varities of beer, wine, and liqour, as well as kegs. Have a central number that people can call and the dispatcher can dispatch the nearest truck to have the alcohol delivered to their door. The target audience would be more the college/young adult crowd, but I think it could make a killing. How many times do you remember having a party and running low on beer and trying to find a sober driver to run to the nearest gas station or supermarket to pick up more? This solves that problem.

August 9, 201313 yr No doubt that would be a success in college towns. The main obstacle I see with it is that it would require quite a bit of start-up capital, and obtaining liquor licenses may prove to be a challenge.

August 12, 201313 yr One of my friends in high school, his father invented the ice maker for refrigerators for GE in Louisville. At least that is what he told me. My wife's cousin's husband was on the team that developed Pampers for P & G. That's all I know. I have no original ideas as you can tell from my posts on here.
