Anybody going to tune in for Season 2? I believe it starts this Monday.

They're going to have a tough time proving to me that this should have been more than a one-season show.

If The Following can get a second season, anything and I mean anything can

........ After last night I'm officially wobbling....

Didn't watch because I haven't finished the first season but I skimmed through a review that said it was horrible last night.

There's nowhere for this series to go, IMO... Going to get dull pretty quick I'd say.

Dull I could live with, it is getting more and more ridiculous and bizarre.

It needs to be noted that I LOVED the book.

So I'm guessing the TV show isn't staying true to the book?

Well, the book didn't keep trying to add chapters as you read along. The creators of the show, in my opinion, are trying to extend it and adapt it on the fly to keep it going....but in doing so are going to run off the core audience that earned it a 2nd season.

Others have said the same & I think this should have been a one season show.

The frustrating thing is that Stephen King wrote last night's episode.

I didn't know that, but it felt very much unlike the other episodes to me, so that makes sense. I'm going to give it one more episode, if it leaves me feeling the same way I felt at 11:00 last night, I'll be executing the "no longer record this series" button on the ol' DVR.

We haven't watched it yet, but we're close to calling it quits with the show.

How did it do in ratings last night?
