I recall Victor Anderson... he was the all everything rb stuffed short of the first down in the state title game by Trinity's center. Then his on field temper tantrum... ha ha ha. He would not be on my list.

If you dislike the school so much, why don't you just turn in your diploma?

Never said I disliked the school. Dislike Victor Anderson for poorly representing the school when he had his hissy fit.

I had the opportunity to play with Vic. He was a sophomore when I was a senior. During that year he had his moments of being a sophomore. He wanted to be the man in '04 but he had a hard time handling tough situations on the field. But like most kids in high school he grew each yer and I would say became a great representative for St. X and UofL.

 

But back to the thread topic, I don't know if Vic cracks the top 3 all time because there were some very good RBs before Vic and there have been some good ones after him. This is what makes lit like this so much fun, as long as someone can back it up the top 3 can be different time.

Thanks LTR. I was at the Spring Game and Vic was there on the sidelines encouraging next year's Juniors and Seniors. Their eyes lit up when he came over and patted them on the back and had some nice words for them! Now back to the thread:

 

The top 3 players I have seen are: DICKY LYONS, RICK BEUHNER, and BERNARD JACKSON. All three were phenoms. They forced the opposing coaches to game plan for them for every down they were in the games.
