If they were up you'd see Broxton then Chapman. By the offense not scoring runs and being behind it leaves room for a manager to over manage a situation.

That fact alone doesn't mean the manager doesn't make the obvious move to keep his squad in the game. And he didn't.

Broxton had 2 days off before throwing an inning last night and the Reds are off tomorrow. Chapman hasn't pitched since Saturday. What was Dusty saving them for?
