He was out of gas. Started the 8th with 2 straight singles. Marshall gave up a flare.

 

That's a "One guy on" scenario.

Leake pitched a heck of a game. The thing was Dusty put him out in the 8th when he shouldn't have gone out. He promptly gave up two singles and the route was on.

 

Which is Dusty's MO to a tee. He is the worst manager when it comes to managing pitchers.

 

Dusty reminds me so much of Marvin Lewis, just good enough to beat bad teams and just bad enough to lose to good teams the majority of time.
