Pretty sure I heard MA is not a DP state. Even if it goes federal, I doubt he gets the DP. Just a hunch, I guess.

I know this will stir the pot. But, in general, aren't immigrates and naturalized citizens supposed to be able to support themselves when the immigrate here legally?
