April 17, 201313 yr It is still a little early to start a publicity campaign, but this is a massive undertaking so they are better off getting ahead of it - sooner rather than later. A lot of companies do their annual enrollments in October. That means they need to know what changes they will need to make by August. That is just 4 months out. It is time to get this nailed down so people understand what is going to happen this fall.

McCain has some seniority in the Senate, too. Does that make him a favorite son?
