To add perspective maybe more photos are needed. In the two far spots it would cause someone in a wheelchair/motorized vehicle to run an end around to get inside Kroger. And I want to let some of members with more experience way in on how it could possible interfere.

 

Finally, I think it is a slippery slope CC, if you "we" allow that, what is next? UPS drivers in the spots for just a minute? Or ever worse, FedEx drivers!?

It's a vehicle. So it can be parked legally in a normal parking space.

Simple fact is that area is reserved for those who need extra room to get out of their vehicle. Birdsfan knows far more than me about how much room one would need in those spaces and he says the person would create a problem.

The scooter should be parked in a marked parking spot. That is obvious. Most don't. I am also guessing the scooter owners in general would be the first to help a person in need. I am sure no malice was intended by the owner and a simple reminder would make this person lose sleep over a night or two. A note or ticket would suffice, why be a hater?

Just giving you grief. My parking lot peeve is lazy folks who don't simply walk their lazy butts to put the carts in the return bin. Not hard. Chafes my bottom.
