April 17, 201313 yr Just giving you grief. My parking lot peeve is lazy folks who don't simply walk their lazy butts to put the carts in the return bin. Not hard. Chafes my bottom. Me, too. Can't stand it. I've even seen some put their carts in the handicap stop beside theirs.

I may but it would depend on my gut feeling at the time because the violator could explode and make it real nasty.
