Ohio State Spring Game at Paul Brown Stadium

I bet that Bama could pull more than 37k at Paul Brown stadium for a scrimmage...

Bama would bring 50k to China, there's nothing else to do for the fans. The fans are great as well.

Here's the test:

If you tell Urban Meyer that you're from the future and the attendance at the Spring Game will be 37K, would he still have it at Paul Brown? The obvious answer is an unqualified no. So...

Not necessarily. Gametime indicated that Ohio Stadium was going through some kind of renovation, so that's why the game was in Cincinnati in the first place. What other option did he have? Cleveland? I wonder what kind of deal the stadium authorities of each city offered OSU. Would they have drawn more in Cleveland?

A) I think they would have drawn more in Cleveland.

B) There was NO WAY to have the game at the Horse Shoe during renovations? Louisville had their spring game at PJCS when the upper deck was being added and they had the option to move the game to the old stadium basically across the street.

Still trying to figure out why anyone cares about the attendance, it's not like OSU needed the money? They hand money out in advance to future opponents ask UC.

Also missed the part where dominating UC is anymore than a show of power. OSU consistently cherry picks what good talent there is in Cincy, the majority of it is well north of Cincy.

Again if the free riding students shown up to drink there would have been nearly 50k.

So let me get this straight. OSU cherry picks what Cincinnati talent it wants, and since 2008 there have only been 4 guys in the city worthy of a scholarship in Posey, Norwell, Washington and Marshall. Your disconnect from reality is laughable...

And if you take out the student fanbase freebies you lose a lot. Its a spring game... OSU still brought more people out of town than a lot of major schools who were on campus.

UK would have filled it up! Side note me and the guys sitting behind me had fun of making fun of Buckeyeman the dude is a total wierdo! Buckeyes the worthless nut! :D

37 Plus is more than half full, but twist it anyway that makes you happy.

LMAO

They could have had it at Nippert Stadium instead of PBS since they only pulled in 35k...

Ohio State probably would have filled it up if the tickets were free!!!
