May 7, 201313 yr While I agree all that says is that the program isn't as big as the fans want it to be and that the coach clearly makes a world of difference. Now with that said and as a die hard UK fan, the same could be said about UK comparatively. True but you all are a tiny fish trying to get respect in your big pond, we're the biggest fish in our pond, who now has a coach that can swim in your pond.

May 20, 201313 yr What is hilarious is that some, not all of the OSU haters will trash OSU anytime the team is mentioned and immediately go off on how superior the SEC is when absolutely no one brought it up or were talking about conference comparisons. Notice -- Ohio State got rings due to U. Meyer wanted to do something to award the players that stuck it out, didn't want to transfer and to the 1st yr. recruits that came to tOSU anyway to play through the Big10 championship / NCAA Bowl probation. The #1 on the ring simply was to say they had the best/unbeaten record in the Big10. that's all. No one protesting the NCAA penalties, claiming they were the best team in the country or anything like that.....end of story. I know that some were wanting to hear OSU fans whining about it but I didn't read anyone claiming they (OSU) were done wrong and I Know that I didn't. BTW - the next OSU rings will no doubt be a lot nicer and have a NC Crystal Trophy to go with it. I am a college football fan, U.K. and OSU fan but love to watch any and all college football. Common August 31 !!
May 20, 201313 yr Hang in there Rambler give them their last year of hating. It is funny nobody commented about the Texas rings I posted. But truth is OSU is a driver in football like UK is in bball. The haters are getting in the last lil bit they can before Urban comes in full effect.

I quit letting all of that get to me quite a while ago and actually now just laugh. As I said, I don't have a problem being a U.K. football fan as wells as an OSU football fan. I basically am a fan of ALL college football in general with those two as favorites.
