April 12, 201313 yr Author Couple things so far; 1. His wife talks way too much. 2. He acts crabby towards his family, like the way he does when he's typing and his wife comes to check on him and he rips the paper from the machine so she can't see what he's typed.

April 14, 201313 yr Watching one of my favorites right now, Silver Bullet. Doesn't get the attention his others do, but I loved this one as a kid. Still like it a lot.
April 14, 201313 yr I watched The Mist this afternoon. Creepy to the max! I had to turn it off periodically as there were certain aspects toward the end (which I won't mention to avoid giving away any spoilers) that I wasn't exactly "comfortable" with.

I must ask, but is Hannibal Rising part of the sequels to Red Dragon, Silence of the Lambs, Hannibal?

I have seen Silence of the Lambs, Red Dragon & Hannibal. Have not seen Hannibal Rising, but it is a prequel (of sorts) to Red Dragon. The Hannibal Lecter story in these four films would flow chronologically like this: Hannibal Rising Red Dragon (I really, really liked this one...Edward Norton was a great addition) The Silence Of The Lambs (very good) Hannibal (also pretty good)

Watching Triangle right now...no one could give me all the money in the world to get on a huge ship, ocean linear, not even get anywhere around it. Big ships freak me out
April 15, 201313 yr I didn't know Hannibal Rising would be the first one, thought Red Dragon was? Hannibal Rising goes back to Lecter's childhood years in the 1940's. It was the last of the four movies made, but should be the first film viewed if you're wanting to watch the story unfold in chronological order.
April 15, 201313 yr Man Hunter is the first version of the Red Dragon. Brian Cox plays Lecter. If you want some movies that are a little bit on the creepy side there is Hard Candy and Funny Games (not the american version). If you like Silence of the Lambs there was a series that was on HBO called Epithas that was good
