April 4, 201313 yr Pretty solid crowd at the ballpark last night (I wound up getting called in to work)...35,200+. Seemed pretty loud for the most part, at least in the lower bowl. Almost took my first foul ball in the back, luckily I heard someone yell when it looked like it was coming out way. A little too close for my comfort, fan took it off the chest. Told the fans in left field that I had a feeling if they bought a beer, the bats would warm up. One batter later, BP had his 3 run shot haha!

I think I Saw an interesting stat on Bruce the other day. He is the only player to increase his home run and RBI production in each of his first 6 years? On the road or I'd confirm. But impressive if true.

April 4, 201313 yr As soon as Heisey bunted I said "watch them walk him now and bring in Frieri to face Phillips." Which probably would've been the better move. Oh well. Their Loss. Literally... I was there Monday and last night and can tell you last night was louder. This is just my opinion but I think last night there were a lot more 'true' Reds fans at the game last night. Monday drew a lot of casual fans that like to say they went to opening day and may or may not go to one more game this whole season. I was sitting near someone that got a phone call and said, I quote, " yeah I'm at the um opening game of the uh... the Reds." Seriously buddy?! You're at opening day!
