None here. I was just kind of poking fun at the situation. I think he's done but a lot of people are hanging on for him.

I dont get that impression, If the school system can not even handle the hiring of an employee, what else can the not do.

How have they not handled it? If they had two guys in mind and neither of them wanted the job when offered then what should the school do? I'd argue that they are doing their school a great service by taking their time to get exactly who they feel is best for the job instead of just settling for anybody just to say they have a coach.

It is a little disconcerting to me that coaches go through the application and interview process, are then offered the job, then decide their family doesn't want to move. Did the coaches pick up on something during the process that raised a red flag an thus they used the family situation as a convenient way out? Just wondering???

Yes. Then later transferred to Campbellsville amongst all of the probation stuff at UK. Finished up at Campbellsville University and had a nice career.

Coached with his dad at Mercer before coming to LarUe 5-6 years back. His first year as the HC @ LaRue was this year. They had a nice little year and a great year if you knew what they were working with as far as talent and numbers. He was also voted the winner of a couple different Coach of the Year awards if I'm not mistaken.

It's ironic that you say that. Didn't Henderson County's previous coach leave Henderson County for Mercer County, get announced as Mercer County's head coach and then 24 hours after meeting and greeting the team and fans at Mercer County head back to Henderson County?

 

Good question. At the end of the day coaches are human too and regardless of their timing ultimately they have to do what is best for their family.

I'm telling you, Coach Jaggers has a strong future ahead of him. I'll be pulling for him wherever he ends up at.

Jaggers would be both a solid and sensible hire for Hendo. 1. He's a good coach who kids respond very well too...2. He and his family are a well respected football pedigree in KY...3. He is a smash mouth guy who knows how to use speed as well which transitions nicely into what Hendo has done for the past couple of years.

Henderson must really NOT want Boston!
