If the FT's go down and the calls are right Holmes would have won this game.

 

 

If the free throws go down Holmes wins in regulation regardless of the calls. Kid missed two in a row with under a minute to play.

I also thought they did away with that rule. Maybe that is just college and not high school.

Correct, but those no calls on the first two possessions by Holmes were huge as well. Both shooters got fouled, one led to a turnover later in the possession that led to Hawkins break away.

That's a college rule. Not a HS rule. Can call a timeout in the air in HS.

No matter what happens, this has been one of the best games I've seen in Rupp,,,,,ever.
