Lee Co. has to many weapons and bodies to throw at you. I have to predict the Bobcats but it will be a dandy.

Should be a great one, but It is too hard to predict basketball games in the 14th region this year. I'm never right, but I will go try and enjoy a great basketball game.

The enrollment limit for All A partcipation is 425 through the top 3 grades. I've always thought it should be an avearage determined by the top 4 grades, but they don't do it that way.

 

The KHSAA website list the enrollments of Lee County as 360 and Buckhorn as 212, comfortably within the All A limit, but those figures are for grades 9 through 12.

However, some of the schools that have competed in past All A tournaments have had what I consider sizable enrollments. Jackson County played in it this year (although they were beaten out by Pineville), and their enrollment (9-12) is 659. That's a little big for an All A school imo.

This game has the potential to be a classic. Both teams and coaches are very hungry for success. Coach Noble has done great things at the Horn, and has his team clicking on all cylinders. Coach Wright has worked extremely hard to rebuild a once proud and rich Lee Co. tradition that had fallen to all-time lows in the 1990's. Both teams will be highly motivated. Will be a great high school basketball atmoshere.--- I feel that the team who shoots the ball better will win. This is a toss-up game in my opinion.

I think that it was Jackson COUNTY not Jackson City. So I guess that Jackson County must have a huge freshmen class.
