Not necessarily. In the FTJFL, all players get playing time, which at least some other leagues do not have.

Lol! Has nothing to do with another league trying to persuade players to come their way. My problem along with everyone else that cares in the Ft Thomas Independent School District is how this JO got access to the Webmaster in the 1st place. If it's his wife, then that needs to be addressed.

 

Anyway, when was the last time FTJFL lost anyone to another league that was of any relevance?

I know of at least one boy who wanted to play a skill position but couldn't due to the weight limits so he went to the Red Devils, returning to play 4 years at HHS and starting his last 2. It's probably happened more than that one time.

He's still mad about kids changing schools. Every one except his kid, that's different of course.

 

I bet he would be upset if kids from SK and feeder schools were sent home with ad's to play football for an out of area team, and is SK and their feeder schools had some sort of email system and the ad was sent out that way too.

There are plenty of Fort Thomas kids playing Red Devil football............In fact look at the Red Devil coaching staffs and you might see some pretty interesting Fort Thomas names coaching it...................Just sayin'....................And BTW this info does not amount to a hill of beans as all these are strong Highlands people and I am sure they will have children dressing in the Bluebirds uniforms when they get older............

Is this an advertising system? I am not getting how non school items get on a school system to begin with................Can you buy time on this system? One would assume that only school approved messages could be sent out................

 

Us non Fort Thomas people need more info so we can see what type of breach of system security we have going on here.

It's a communication system where we get an email blast from the school. I don't know if there are different distribution lists since I don't remember getting any email about youth football. All the past information that I can remember has been school related, either academics or school organizations.

I think what the most puzzling thing here is how did this happen? The FTJFL isn't allowed to use it. Even elementary schools that are governed by the Ft Thomas school system aren't allowed to use it for their annual fundraisers....Period! I seriously doubt that the FTJFL has anything to worry about losing players to this league. I coach one of the four 7/8th grade teams in the FTJFL and my numbers on my team alone last year were 26. Do the math! I think my point is how in the world did someone have access to this system that maybe really wasn't supposed to have. Or maybe they were.... I'm sure this has already been fixed and all future content will now go across another Administrators desk to be approved before being posted in the future.

We have a phone system as well. It only is used primarily for school cancellations which most of us know rarely happen in Ft Thomas.

I don't think so or as I said in an earlier post that the elementary schools in Ft Thomas would burn it up with their fundraisers and such. Or who knows, maybe it is....

I am new to this so excuse my ignorance. Why didn't this guy just join the FT. Thomas League if he wanted a place for his boy to play.
