Final from The Fieldhouse.

Congrats to the Indians!!!

The Indians with a 36-10 3rd Qtr...WOW!!!

Hall and Prewitt with 16 to lead Montgomery. Art Walker with 14 and D. Jones 11.

Jacob Fryman leads Nicholas with 9. Landon Sexton with 8.

From 36-24 to 55-27 in the blink of an eye.

Opposing styles of Montgomery and Brossart will be fascinating.

I thought no one liked the Brossart style of play?

Wow! I was half tempted to stay but had to hit the highway. Glad I did not now. Montgomery was that much better. It was just a matter of time.

The word you gave me for the update thread..."blitzkrieg"...that was appropriate. It was crazy how quickly they put up 25 points. And it all started on the defensive side of the ball.

As always, great sitting with you tonight, old man. :thumb:

I thought Nicholas County played pretty well, even though the score ended up being what it was. The disparity in talent was obvious, but the Jackets fought really hard. Good to see them make it to the region after a long drought.

Nice post, Randy.

Omar Prewitt's father came up to me in between the two games tonight & had some very nice words to say for BGP. Very nice thing for him to do. :thumb:

Also nice meeting mcraycraft, who was kind enough to give me some stats. :thumb:

Also love Montgomery's band. And the fatheads in the student section were a hot topic among the front row foursome.

Ludlow beat Nicholas by 10 this year.

40+ margin isn't bad.

I just read on Twitter that the last time Nicholas County made the Regional Tournament, they were defeated by Kevin Reinhardt's Campbell County team. Reinhardt is now the coach at Nicholas County. I like those little tidbits of info.

It was also nice to meet you.
