April 8, 201313 yr No Dany last night, but oh well. I'm glad Theon met Ramsy Snow. Just curious, why do they call it three eyed raven in the show? Think they are trying make it easier to tie into a certain character we will meet later?
April 8, 201313 yr Author ^ For Bran I have no idea. As long as they keep his screen time interesting I'll be fine with it. We NEED more Robb and Catelyn time. Hopefully if they are going to Riverrun we will get that and the Blackfish introduction. And mayhaps my boy Berric Dondarrion as well. Next weeks episode is called Walk of Punishment I believe. No idea what the title is referring to.

April 9, 201313 yr This season seems to be moving fast compared to the books it seems. I cant remember exactly but I didn't think Arya met up with the Hound that early. I do like how they are giving Theon a story. I also like Jojen Reed coming in. I think within the next couple of weeks things are gonna take off. Glad to see the Reeds are finally here.
April 13, 201313 yr Finally watched the first two episodes. Really enjoyed them. Like the casting of the new characters. Especially Ferb as Jojen Reed. April 15, 201313 yr Wasn't expecting that to happen to Jamie tonight. Also not remembering the sequence of events with Theon as they are happening. Bottom line who cares, this season has been very well done so far.

April 22, 201313 yr Truth be told, my favorite character running right now is Queen of Thorns, Olenna Tyrell. She's been gold every single time she's been on this season. Her interaction with Varys (another of my favorites) in this past episode was great.

I thought that the new character we would see the most of would be Mance, but he's been almost nonexistent so far. I hope they give him some screen time. Now that I think about it, we haven't seen much of Stannis yet either :lol2:. This is just such a huge section in the books, so much stuff is gonna be left out.

Honestly, it isn't that big of a deal to not to have read the books. The show has done a great job getting key plots out. Last nights episode was a great reason why. The section with Dany was beautifully done. The only part would be internal thinking on the characters. The whole part with the nights watch and Crastor was easier to read in the books because of internal dialog. Is there anyone who watches the show who thinks there is a better show on tv right now?
