Ya'll need to remember that WCS still has half a season, with the SEC tourny, and NCAA tourny to develop. He keeps continue on the path that he's on and you'll see him as a lottery pick IMO.

That would only cement him as a lottery pick. He's already being mentioned as a lottery pick today.

If we're going that way, Poythress will play himself out of the first round over the same period.

Harrow will be at Kentucky until he graduates...he will lose his starting role but should gain it back as a senior even if cal brings in another freshman pg...Cal doesn't usually have senior pgs and after going against Teague and the Harrison's in practice along with his experience he could be one of the top pgs in college basketball his senior year

Emmanuel Mudiay and/or Tyus Jones disagree with this assessment...

I'm aware that these boys are good and Cal has a good chance at them, however if Harrow keeps progressing he could be a stud his senior year...If Cal has Harrow for his Senior year and he keeps getting better and better he will have a good chance to start over a talented frosh pg...I could see Harrow being a lot like Atkins is right now for ND, he is a stud...

You can see Harrow averaging over 7 assists per game, rarely turning it over and shooting 40% plus from three? We will have to agree to disagree there. Hell I'd probably start Mudiay or Jones over Harrow today and they are juniors in high school...

Harrow will have to get exponentially better from now to then to realistically have a shot at being the starting PG after this season.

Lots of room for improvement in his game, he is still very raw.

I don't disagree. I just have a hard time seeing him turning down guaranteed first round lottery money that looks to be headed his way.

From my understanding, being the in Top 8 or 9 is a HUGE pay increase from the bottom of the lottery. I could be wrong but I think that is the case.

I think so also. Last pick of round 1 still gets 1,000,000 per season.

It sounds like several people here are assuming that these freshman players' stocks will improve as they play more as the season progresses. If Poythress and WCS don't show much progress over the rest of this season, how will that impact their draft stock? I think we can safely say that Poythress' NBA stock has probably fallen from the moment the season tipped off, no???

I'm basing my opinion on the mock drafts that have them all going in round 1. A lot can happen between now and the end of the season but as of today they are all round 1 picks.

This is 1 of the weakest drafts that I can remember. All 4 freshman are gone. Something drastic would have to happen.

This upcoming draft is awful. Putrid. Meaningless. Wasted energy and space.

I was told with a good combine I can increase my stock from early second round to late first round. Gotta lay off those Yuenglings.
