QB Reggie Bonnafon of Trinity has given his verbal to ol' Charlie and is staying home.

Congrats.

Congrats!!!

Looking forward to watching him at QB next season. Congrats to him!!!

Trinity's players are now getting scholarships as opposed to being walk-ons (Kupper, Radcliff, Stein). I hope Hatcher ends up going to UL. I think Charlie Strong would get the most (which is a lot) out of him and be good for him. Congrats to Reggie.

Probably wont get to play for him unless he follows him to another school.

Considered a top 14 Qb, yet has not played hardly Any varsity Qb (was back up to Travis Wright- not a bad Qb himself). Really excited to see him play next year. Seen some of his highlights on YouTube, and he is a good athlete. Congrats to Mr. Bonnafon.

Pretty impressive to land a scholarship without starting a game.

He is going to be FUN to watch next season. With the Rocks returning Swabek & Brooks and most of the O-line and a couple of frosh/JV that will step right in at receiving positions... Hmmm, we'll see.

What will the schedule look like next season? I am just wondering what the receiving corps will look like because it seemed like no one could catch the ball against Scott County when Quick was out.

Good question. I think Bonnafon is actually guilty of some of those drops.

Trinity also had some drops in the first Lou. St. X game.

Reggie was a good runner as a frosh and soph. I feel confident Beatty will tailor/tweak the offense to maximize his and his teammates' various skills. It will be different for T not being favored in 6A next season.

So you are saying X will be the favored one next season?

Yes, I kind of think they will. But, as we all know, that doesn't mean they will win it.

Reggie is on UK's campus today(I think with Hatcher) and says he is "open" to UK.

I think i would be "open" also considering recent events.
