You are right, no one team is the clear #1 right now. It seems like this region is full of #2 teams. Big wins marred by weird losses for a lot of teams.

Breathitt played better tonight. Better team play, more inside play, better passing, better shot selection, and better defense. Why? WHo knows. I know coach Hall juggled the starting line up a bit but sometimes the light just comes on. Anyway, Breathitt should be able to take this win and work toward a strong finish for the year. I'm very glad as I thought it might be a total write off but now I don't think so. It's a credit to Hall and the kids really.

 

How did Daniel Carver play? When I have seen him he has been a sparkplug when on the floor.

:thumb: Given the way that Leslie performed in a Tourny situation in the WYMT Tourny, I think they will show up to play in the regions, but anyone can beat anyone in this years Disticts and Regionals, makes for entertaining games.

Congrats to Coach Hall and the players! A young team like this is unpredictable but when the team executes what they learn in practice, they can win games!

 

Great win for Breathitt! Several of their losses have been really close.

I have thought all year that Breathitt should have done better than they have. It should be a good matchup tonight against the young June Buchanan team..

I would think they would want to draw the 15th region as a first choice, and then the 14th.

I am glad to see he worked his way into the starting lineup. The few times I have seen him play, he is nonstop hustle. He may be smallish, but he seems to get the other players involved as well.
