I would do it like this: Committed to UK 5* RB Bluto Blutarsky; Parkway West HS, St.L, MO (Notes: led the nation in rushing & toga parties 2 years running) 4* LB The Guru, etc. Considering UK 1* Waterboy Randy Parker; W.G.
