Scott County 20 Simon Kenton 3 - 2:00 2Q

Thanks Flo. Please keep us posted.

20-3 SCHS at half.

Cards racked up 185 on the ground in the first half and held Kuntz to just 1-7 and 8 yards passing and 4 yards rushing. SC defense playing stiff.

SC leads 33-3 in the third quarter 11:12 to go.

Not a peep from the SK faithful...color me shocked.

Simon Kenton breaks off a long run for its first touchdown, but SC blocks XP and then runs back the ensuing kickoff 98 yards for the 47-9 lead. 5:29 to go.

Doubt many made the trip after the last outing. What would you expect them to say? We suck we're over matched by a team with more athletes?

I find it sad a school (students/parents/community) would not travel an hour and 15 minutes away to support their high school, I don't care how bad they got beat during the regular season. I have to say wherever Campbell County went, they had a very good fan support.

**I am only saying this IF SK did not travel well.

Actually, this has been the biggest opposing fan base a team has brought all year. SK fans are here in droves. Albeit silent, but here.

I'd say over 100 fans and they even brought a good portion of the band.

This is great to hear!
