That would be very exciting. I can't remember the last OT game HHS played, or if there has ever been an OT game with CovCath.

 

As many have stated, turnovers will be a big part of this game. If CovCath doesn't turn the ball over and can limit HHS' offensive possessions to 4 per half, then the game may be close. Otherwise I see HHS winning by 2 or 3 TDs.

I remember the following year Dale saying that he was "Ticked" He backed up his statement with a 70-26 beating of the Colonels in 98. Anybody remember that night when Jared took I think 5 CCH defenders for about a 12 yard (ride)gain. That was very ugly that night.

I was at DCM for that one. Austin Collinsworth returned the opening kickoff for a TD. It went downhill from there. 54-0 at half. Dale clearly let off the throttle in the second half.

 

I started defending Coach to my friends after that game. (Thought taking a knee at the end of the regular season game this year was classy, as well.)

HHS ran for 300 yards last game. Only threw the ball 7 times.

 

I'll be curious to see the mix of run/pass tonight.

Must force a turnover or two

Can't get rattled if they are down early.

I have watched 10 family members play for the Birds during that stretch and it never gets old.

 

I have missed maybe 20 games since '68.

Before '82 I think I missed 2.

 

Others on here like Henry has never missed since '54. Legends say she delivered both sons in the stands under the pressbox.........:jump:
