So the President doing it isn't a big deal since he obviously gets the info from the CIA and he can be blackmailed, but I guess they would end up like Vince Foster.

Monica was a cleared page, background was checked. I seen this happen before, and its why the FBI investigated the relationship with the general, they checked out who it was and made sure she wasn't a spy. I heard there was also talk about what she had access to when she wrote his book.
