November 7, 201213 yr I was told that an election official in Hamilton Co Ohio (Cincy, which is heavily R) said it will come down to provisionals. As I posted in another election thread, for it to come down to provisionals, the spread in the results will need to be about 20,000 or less. That would be amazing that it is that close out of a likely 5.7 million votes in Ohio.
