Oklahoma has won 42 of their last 43 games in Norman....That was KState earlier this year.

 

Bob Stoops has only lost 4 times there.

KSU ran the ball 40 times for 210 yards and 2 TD's while only throwing 21 times for 149 yards. I know they were aided by some big turnovers, but this just shows ND doesn't need Golson to be Peyton Manning for them to win. ND is more than capable of running the ball with 3 very good backs and a O-Line that has played 2 of the best run d's in the country the past 2 weeks.

QB for ND will be Golson. Cleared to play.

If the Irish run the ball, I like their chances. If they throw it like Broadway Joe, it could get real ugly, real fast.

The line in the newspaper today was OU-10. I think ND will be within 10. Anyone know what the over/under is? That will tell us how effective the oddsmakers think the Irish D will be.

If they can hold OK to 19 pts. considering the Sooners are going to run about 90 plays due to ND going 3 and out repeatedly, then USC must be extremely scared. I hope that it is true, but it is not. There is absolutely NO margin for error for ND's D. They give up 3 TDs and it is over.

That had a lot to do w/ Pike being made of glass. He just couldn't play in the big games.
