How come Conner Fans can never accept the fact that sometimes their team loses?? It's always "If the raindrop didn't hit this player during the second storm delay Conner wins by 50." Or "If Conner turns the lights on in the locker room and then back off then on again they have no problem beating Dixie." You lost and that's all that matters. To the game. Should be to good offenses against A (as in 1) good defense. Problem here Conner gives up points and a lot of them. If Covington Catholic can get it rolling early then it could be a long night. If Conner can keep it close then they have a little more to play for. (A home playoff game). Any word on Fogle? Is he playing?

They think the momentum was lost due to the delay. That constitutes "always?"

Totally disagree. Dixie game with long storm delay had a huge impact on that game. Also, Dixie made numerous changes off of bye week. Conner rolls in that game without storm delay.

There is quite a bit riding on this game for Conner, not so much for CCH. So emotion will be a huge part of Conner's success. It is also Senior night for the Cougars. Many things are working in Conner's favor this week. Conner will come ready to play Friday night. Many key players returning for Conner this week. Add that to the return of Jessie Mckeehan, who has been out since game 1, Conner will be ready. I wouldn't be surprised to see a shootout in Hebron, and Conner to come out on top. We may see another game winning drive in the 4th, or an overtime affair. Should be a good game, regardless of the outcome.

Spot on and totally agree. Fogle back in the lineup and win can help Conner in playoff positioning. On the other hand Cov Cath starters need to get tuned up for their post season. Should be a good one

No, not at all, just wondering why there is always an excuse for Conner losing a game is all. Didn't Dixie have the same delay in the game against Conner? You used excuses last year when they lost to Cooper also. Just wondering why there is always an excuse is all.
