Wow! Preview for next week's episode shown on Talking Dead has Michonne finding Penny in a caged room. Michonne is unaware of the girl's condition because she has a pillow case over her head. She was taking the pillow case off, thinking it is a normal child just as the clip cuts off. :scared:

As I was researching this a bit more, I came across his name. It is indeed Oscar. Big Tiny was the prisoner who was killed by the other prisoner after he was bitten.

 

Also saw that Robert Kirkman stated a comic character would be introduced in episode 8.

Maybe it's back to the tea they drink that makes them all happy? Governor was very concerned to learn that a small group took down the prison. His people have not had much conflict for awhile so have maybe gone soft? Time to get them off the happy tea...
