I know most of that stuff is on the PVA but I didn't think the mortgage stuff was. I'm not sure that the real estate value has increased even with the work that went into the building.

February 6, 201313 yr New signage in front of Guys and Dolls and it's not an El Coyote sign. LaDonna's or something like that. I'll try to get the name when I pass by today. Looks like they are targeting banquets, weddings, etc. Not sure if it will be a restaurant as well.
