Last Resort on ABC

I watched it late last night. For some reason it was on late or something? It didn't show up on my DVR until like 1:00 am. It was a pretty good episode. I can tell you're liking that DVR a lot. Also if you've got Insight, On Demand is helpful too if you know a show you wanted to catch but didn't record.

Thanks BF, I figured it was something like that but I'm not home when it usually airs so I wasn't sure. I knew it wasn't a presidential debate or state of the union so I couldn't figure out what was going on.

Just canceled by ABC.

 

 

Oddly enough the show "The Neighbors" was picked up for a full season and has received more viewers than Last Resort.

I've been watching the whole time but I really don't think it was that special. Shame they didn't finish it. A lot of you guys called it.

 

Does this mean that they won't show another episode? I've never watched a show that was cancelled.

They play out the 13 episode order and its done after that.

Well that sucks, another sad reminder of why I prefer CBS shows or FX/AMC over that of Fox,NBC,ABC because the second groups never seem to last...... or they suck.

Not surprised it was canceled. We recorded all the episodes and just recently watched the first. Wasn't compelled to watch any more.

I loved the concept, but I have to admit, it was sort of pre-destined to become "Lost" -- with a submarine attached. And that's where it seemd to be heading. I'll keep watching to the end though.

Same here, it did seem like they just had to me direction they were trying to go. They didn't have a plot and a sub-plot, it was almost like watching a late night soap opera.

I don't really see the comparison at all in the main plot, the development of characters, or anything really except for the fact that they are on an island and the natives don't want them there.

I liked the show, but it is one of those that I hope drives to an end, and they don't just keep adding characters and subplots.
