SK 5-0 who would have thought that?

I hope the Ryle scouts liked what they seen tonight. SK didn't run the plays they normally run. Smart move by SK. SK is ready to invade Cupcakeville next Friday!!!

Looking at the schedule how can anyone be impressed. Their next 6A game will be their first 6A game of the year.

Right guard Hansel didn't play tonight he should be ready to go next Friday.

Pretty sure ST X is 6A they scrimmaged them before they started the season.

B. If they did count I would point out that X handed SK their collective heads.

My thoughts....SK needs better balance running and passing the ball. Their QB is a play maker and is very talented but need to see some more out of the run game. 11 who plays DB for SK needs a chance to play offense. WOW he can really move!! That young man in the slot, get the ball in open field nobody would lay on a hand on him, to quick!. SK is very good with potential to be a great team. NewCath needs to hang on to the ball a little better, and TACKLE. Cain played well. Franzen has great hands and Hayes really brings it on every play. IMO NewCath names the score in their district game and will beat HC by 3-4 TDs. The Breds suffer another L but keep getting better playing very good competition. It was nice to meet several BGP members at half. I now now the best way to prepare crow! Both of these teams will be tough to beqt.

I know you're excited abt the 5-0 start, but relax...SK beat a team by 8 that Campbell Co. Beat 42-16 & the Camels are a district foe. I am impressed with the 5-0 start, but it is a long season. Not sure you should be dishing out this much crow just yet. Fans are allowed to vote for the opponent on these polls right? With all the jabs you take at Ryle you'd better hope SK wins. Ryle got a nice win over St. Francis DeSales (OH) last night. I am not a Ryle fan so I didn't see the game, but I did watch them play an excellent Colerain team on T.V. & I saw Ryle do some good things. Not trying to rain on your parade, but Karma has a way of rearing it's ugly head...

SK didn't even run their bread and butter plays tonight. Ryle will get some garbage game film tonight. SK also rested a couple players. Ryle didn't do anything against Colerain. Ryle will be a speed bump for SK! 10PM next Friday SK will be 6-0!

NewCath should have a strong run in 2A. I would love to watch them play Lloyd.

Now on to the game.......Can the NewCath defense TACKLE SOMEBODY???? Lord have mercy this was UGLY!!! Way too many missed tackles that led to just about every SK score, but have to give credit to the SK QB. So many times it looked like he was going to be taking a big loss in the backfield and low and behold he would escape. The young man can throw the ball, especially on the run, WOW! NewCath's WR Mac Franzen made some very nice catches on some beautiful throws from Josh Cain and the offense did a pretty good job, but the defense has a lot of work to do. The Breds moved the ball good on their final possession, however with less than 2:00 to go Cain fumbles the ball on the SK 5 and that's the ball game. One thing that was being talked about in the stands.....Why is NewCath giving the oppositions recievers so much of a cushion????:idunno:

How ironic. That is almost the same end game scenario as Beechwood had against SK.
