If Cincy goes 15-15 the rest of the way St Louis would have to go 24-8 just to tie the division...

Neither one is happening.

In response to writers asking if Stubbs would get less playing time Dusty said that Stubbs is key to the success of the Reds pitching due to his defense.

 Sure he is Dusty, sure he is.

Not saying Dusty truly doesn't feel that way but no way he answers that question any other way. John Fay said it yesterday. He may want to play Frazier in left, Bruce in center and Ludwick in right but he sure as hell isn't going to tell us that.

Oh I agree. I'm just saying there's no way in hell I believe he actually thinks that.

Bailey might as well pitch game 3 too he'll be loose from first two. Maybe ole Boom Boom can join Masset then and we can improve the rotation. Play heisey in center more. It's not like he's a bad outfielder. Especially against the Astros maybe cairo can play there to get some bats ya know:popcorn:

After being shut out in consecutive games the Cardinals stormed in to Washington to right the ship. They are getting flogged again. 8-0 top of the 8th. :dancingpa

The Cards are off the schneid. They finally scored a run.

8-1 Nationals going to the bottom of the 8th.

At this point, shouldn't we want the Cards to beat the Nats to give the Reds homefield advantage?

23 :dancingpa:dancingpa:dancingpa:dancingpa

I never want to see the Cardinals ever win another game no matter what:popcorn:

The Cardinals are like Jason in the Friday the 13th series.

Just when you think they are dead, the hand comes up out of the lake and grabs you by the throat. I want them to lose every game until they are eliminated.

Not the analogy I was expecting, but I'm rolling.:clap::thumb:
