August 16, 201214 yr There is no such thing as a completely non-shedding dog. Dog Breeds That Don't Shed We are splitting hairs here. (Pun intended) I want a dog as well and would like one that sheds very little.

I'm gonna be getting a dog in the next 4-6 months, and the only requirements I have are indoor dog, mellow/people-friendly, and non shedding. :lol: Yeah...huskies are shedders...it no longer bothers me that I look like I have a fur coat when I leave the house. And for the most part, all my friends and family know not to wear black when they come visiting...

Just saying.Oh man, that's mean. Now Birdsfan is going to be ticked off at me for showing pics of his "dogs". I swear though, BF's dogs haven't rubbed off on him in the looks department, lucky for him. Now, personality? BF has lots of personality.

I have to brush them at the dog park because when I brushed them on the deck I would leave for work in the morning and my neighbors' yards would be littered with our dogs' hair. :lol:

I have a lint roller in the car, at work and in the house. A buddy of mine thought I had some stray dog hair on my head. Turned out is was just a long gray hair that was actually mine. :lol: Even my coworkers know about our husky hair. :lol:

My daughter and dog Otis have a love/hate thing going on. She follows him everywhere and always wants to pet and hug him. Otis always tries to walk away from her. However, if she is outside, he won't leave her side.
