July 8, 201214 yr Those Baker-Frazier rumors have to be true. :isurrender: Cozart 6, Stubbs 8, Votto 3, Phillips 4, Bruce 9, Ludwick 7, Rolen 5, Hanigan 2, Cueto RHP
July 8, 201214 yr I called it lol. He needs to go NOW. To put Heisey and Frazier on the bench today is criminal. It looks like with Rolen too with th break hed get 4-5 more days after all Dusty says he likes to be :ohbrother:sure ya know
July 8, 201214 yr To be honest most of the bench guys are looking for a break this week to see family and friends and could care less if Dusty let's them play today. One more day off wouldn't hurt Rolen's stroke (or lack of it), and shouldn't affect him and I'm sure his back could use the extra time off. But you know Dusty, he thinks he has to keep everybody happy. What about poor Johnny Cueto who is trying to break a 2 game slide and get the 10th win? He has to begin to wonder if Dusty will do this for the whole season with him pitching.
July 8, 201214 yr He looked good on that strikeout especially the upward cut. Might be in the Softball City softball League by August. Wow Cueto would love to have Frazier up 4 times...and Heisey...and Meseraco.... and a real leadoff hitter...and a new skipper The rest really helped Scottie Rolen, welcome back.
July 8, 201214 yr Where is Corey Patterson and Willy Taveras when you need them? Stubbs doesn't have a clue.
July 8, 201214 yr Bruce goes wayyyyy out after just barely missing first AB. 2-0. Ludwick goes back to back with a monster shot. 2nd deck.
July 8, 201214 yr Wow Chris Welsh just dropped a stat that the Reds are 11-24 when they don't hit a HR. Good thing they have a couple today.
July 8, 201214 yr AND all this from a washedup 1-4 pitcher:irked: 3 runs in 4 innings is pretty good.
