Does anyone have anything on this?

I guess the longer they wait on the hiring the more likely they will go with a current member of Meyeroffs staff. Scheduling has mostly been completed for the coming year. I would think the new coach would want a little say in who he plays.

Most, if not all, of the scheduling was completed at the last coaches meeting a few weeks ago. I'm sure a few games/dates are to be determined but 90% of the scheduling has been completed. There was a representative there from Beechwood (JV coach maybe or asst varsity from last year), working on the schedule.

 

If they can lure Mullins back he would be a great choice, but I don't think he leaves St. Henry.

Don't think they are dragging their feet. There were a lot of changes at the school this year. Most Importantly, a new AD.

I heard 6 or 7 interviewed. I was expecting an announcement by now. I have to believe it will happen in the next few days.

YES!!!! That is the news I was hoping to hear. Perhaps the hold up was Mullins telling St. Henry. Of course, this isn't confirmed but I know Mullins did interview for the Beechwood job.

My nephew is a Junior at St. Henery and I can tell you it is indeed true.

Hopefully he negotiated some improvements to Beechwood's field. It's awful.
