It's pretty hilarious. There's something innately funny about a man on a lawnmower wearing a helmet. I think somebody told me the Kenton County Fair had one last year as well. I love it when the lawnmowers just plain old quit on their own...no impact, no wreck, just a dead lawnmower :lol:

June 14, 201214 yr You can have the Tractor Pulls but I love watching the Horsepulls Contest! Had a former employee who was really into the sport and he invited me to the Boone County horsepull and I had a ball watching the horses work.

I'm from the 'burbs and I think my dad had a different idea of what being a man was all about. Let me see if I can channel the old man on this topic: "Tractor pulls? Who has time for tractor pulls? Shouldn't you be at work?"
June 15, 201214 yr The BC fairgrounds had a pull two weekends ago. I sat on my deck with a cigar and could tell the good pulls from the bad ones. The place is over two miles away but sounded like it was in my back yard.
