.269, 14 HR, 37 RBI....Wouldn't that look nice in between Votto and Bruce?

Still can't believe E5 has been that effective in Toronto.

He went 2, had a day off, went 2, had a day off, has went 2,....

Amazing what guys can do in a contract year.

I believe we can poo poo the theory of limited use.

It would be nice to have a 4 or 5 run lead late so we don't have to see him

It won't get out of the low 20's until school is out IMO. The Braves aren't even drawing well at their own park.

Attendance was 27,000 Tuesday night. I thought it was strange that there was that big of a difference between Tuesday's attendance, and that of Monday and Wednesday nights.

Attendance will be hit or miss during the weeknights. I was pleasantly surprised with Tuesday night's crowd. It was 27, almost 28,000. That's a GREAT Tuesday night crowd by GABP standards.

So long as the weeknight crowds stay in the low 20's (or higher), I'll be pleased. Hopefully the weekends will start to get 30+. I think Reds fans are really starting to believe in this team...

Amen.

I believe I heard one of the announcers say that the Reds have played more over .500 teams than anyone else so far this season. Good sign.

The Reds have played more games than any team in baseball against teams .500 or better (29). They're 15-14 in those games. Big time improvement from the previous two seasons against winning teams.

4-1 vs. Braves

1-1 vs. Mets

2-1 vs. Marlins

2-5 vs. Nationals

2-4 vs. Cardinals

2-1 vs. Giants

2-1 vs. Yankees

So after all the smack talk from Braves fans over the last 2 weeks, the best they can finish the season series is 2-4? Run along Braves fan. Run along... :D

I think if Chapman is needed tonight, Chapman will go...Either way he is a horse of a reliever and has proven his durability thus far...

Win or lose I just hope I get to see Larry Wayne play today.

They will be honoring Chipper before the game with the base presentation.

Nice. Hopefully I'm there in time.

Does anybody know if Chipper is going to give it a go? I'll be there, it would be nice to at least get him a pinch hit AB...
