May 1, 201214 yr The bigger Crime is everyone who voted for him because of who he was. So I am not mad at Richie. He did what the voters sent him there to do, live off what he thought was Fame. He had no experience. After word of his first term the same voters did it again. I live in Frankfort and see Richie almost daily. He has done far worse than this report shows. I am just glad he and Williams didnt win. Talk about a crime! Agree 100%,

May 1, 201214 yr As terrible as Richie's abuses were....anyone else apalled at the lack of oversight and accountability in Kentucky government? I mean...one's as bad as the other! Yes and no. Being that he had 2 terms in office, yes they should have been auditied at some point. However you have to understand that that takes manpower and $$$$ to do that. Money that this state does not have. State Auditor department has to audit the main revenue/expense departments every year (might be every 2) for sure. Unless there is a funding mandate or issues that arrise, the smaller departments do not get audited. To truley audit the every department of the state, it would cost serious $$$ that could/need to be spent on other things. Unless you want to have your taxes raised.
May 1, 201214 yr Will he face any crimal charges for mis apropriation of funds and falsifying reports for money.
May 1, 201214 yr Will he face any crimal charges for mis apropriation of funds and falsifying reports for money. Would think that would be up to the State Attorney.
May 1, 201214 yr And OJ's #'s erased from NFL lore and Pete Rose's hits erased from the books. I'm not sure why we think that the accomplishments of these guys change because they are turds after they've since stopped playing. Ok I suppose you have a point there..lol:isurrender:
May 1, 201214 yr If he goes to jail, I hope they make him shave. Hello, Richie? The Village People called - the biker dude wants his mustache back.

May 1, 201214 yr What politician does when they first get into politics? Great point. They all have to learn somehow. Unfortunately for Richie he learned the wrong things.
May 1, 201214 yr Wait a minute, I always wondered if I was getting a full gallon of gas at the station. Look who was in charge of auditing the pumps.
May 1, 201214 yr Great point. They all have to learn somehow. Unfortunately for Richie he learned the wrong things.Makes you wonder if this was isolated to Richie or is it common practice in other departments.
May 1, 201214 yr Makes you wonder if this was isolated to Richie or is it common practice in other departments. From my experience, he's a pompous jerk who thought he's entitled. My guess it's not isolated, but he thought he was untouchable. ...and woods, doesn't the deer thing just rake your rearend?

This whole thing has me so ticked off, I've been trying to digest all of it since yesterday. I think the deer thing just strengthens what your saying about is untouchable attitude. Like he can do whatever he damn well pleases.
May 1, 201214 yr Makes you wonder if this was isolated to Richie or is it common practice in other departments. Not really. I'm fairly certain that it's not at all uncommon in Frankfort.
