I told the GM exactly what I wanted in my phone message so the fact she didn't call back tells me she either was not in her office today or this was not a priority.

She said to keep the pillow cases and she declined to charge me for them, even after I offered a 2nd time.

 

I think she was surprised that I called and tried to rectify this.
