The guy deserves a job..shouldnt have been let go from Bourbon.

I have heard Hicks from Grant County again.

Why does his name keeping coming up? Either they want him real bad or someone must want him gone from Grant County.

I talked to Coach Hicks yesterday and he told me that the administartion at Bath had made him a nice offer to come back but his heart was in Grant County and he was staying.

Josh Cook would be a good choice for the Wildcats IMO.

Since when did a 32-83 record in 4 years earn you a "great job" sticker?

When i say he did a great job that just means he did a great job with the talent he had. Just because you do not win every game and regional titles doesn't mean you cannot coach. Now i have only seen his teams play a few times but they seem to play very hard for him and they were very competitive in the games i saw. Maybe i am wrong but from what I saw he did a great job.

Jahearme, you are right. Josh Cook is the Coach any system would be proud to have.

Bath County needs a coach is planning on staying there a while to get a strong feeder system in place and also so these kids can have some stability in their program. A new coach every couple years in sometimes tough for kids to handle.

Hard to get someone that is not from there to stay come and stay there, especially if they are any good.
