Russell vs Boyd County predicitons

Featured Replies

Russell-Especially with the new radio color man.

Every little bit helps! :thumb:

Russell looked very good tonight, especially in the first half. I

believe K. Clark is getting back into the swing of things defensively

and the underneath game was very effective on both sides of the

ball. However, Russell will have to win this game by shooting the

three-ball and by not turning the ball over. If Russell can do this

I think it will help even out the scoring of Owens, from which the

Devils supporting cast can take an advantage over the other Lions

players.

Well it really depends on what BC

team shows up.They have got to

learn how to hold a lead.I think

it will be close.

BC-77

Russell-75

But could go ether way.

Any truth to the rumor that Owens is setting out Friday? It could be a long night if he's not playing.

This is only a rumor based on the game last night. Owens will be in uniform and ready to play.

I hope not, it wouldnt do Russell any good to play Boyd county without Owens on the floor, and it wouldnt be as "fun", but I have confidence in Pratt to make the right decision for his team :thumb:

Toss up. I still amd not sold that Russell is playing good basketball (consistency?). Boyd County has lost 4 out of 5 (Confidence?).

Which ever team shows up would be a good bet.

Wellllll, if Hazard beat Johnson Central just last week by 15, and Johnson Central beat Boyd County by nine, and Russell beat Hazard two weeks ago by nine, you take off the fouls that the sheriff missed, you add back the points Owens would have scored if the Sherriff hadnt missed the call, You make another allowance for the difference in the Bus Ride, then factor the RADIO EDGE, plus a slight chance of snow, and I get

Russell 54

Boyd County 52

But I'm not sure my formula is totally tested, but I do know it is as good as anyone else's on this board

Russell by single digits

they should let boyd be a one man team of owens and i think they will win

he doesn't make them every time ! Actually far from it!

why would owens be sitting out

you take off the fouls that the sheriff missed, you add back the points Owens would have scored if the Sherriff hadnt missed the call

Nothing worse than one Comedian, using another Comedians jokes. By the way, It wasnt even funny the first time.

I am kinda lost on this one.....Havent been online for a while...

Why is Owens suspected not to play?

What is the joke about the Sheriff about?

does anyone know why owens may not play?

Lions and Owens steal this one.

I don't know how good the Sheriffs will be at this one, but I'll give the edge to Boyd County in a close one! BUT, if Owens does not play, Russell will blow Boyd out of the gym! AND if Boyd has one of their lackluster performances as has happened this year, Russell will win by a close margin! Without the BUT and the AND, I think Boyd will edge this one out in a close one, primarily because I don't think Russell can stop Owens.
