I'm going to try to explain this in terms you may understand. I am a Ryle fan. This is clear. I think Trinity is the best team in the State. The poll is "Who do you think wins 6A?". I think Trinity wins 6A. If the poll were to read "Who do you want to win 6A", I would click on Ryle. Usually one wouldn't have to remind the originator of the poll what the subject is, but we have "Special" circumstances here.

So if Ryle is soft, what category would you place SK in? "Team that can't beat a soft team"? You also bring the avg IQ of the SK fan way down. It's a shame that two clowns can make a rising program look like a sideshow. And by the way, it's who (they) play. Not (the) play.

I agree 100%! Whoever dropped HHS for losing to a very good Ryle team should go back and do a little research. So if HHS played a team like Scott and won, do you think they drop to #2? Not a chance. Whatever happened to "Strength of schedule"? Who was John Hardin's only loss? I haven't checked but I'll bet they aren't a team of Ryle's caliber. It won't matter once the Birds bring home another ring from BG.

I wouldn't count Highlands out based on tonight's game. IMO if Ryle plays the way they did tonight, you may see the Raiders in Bowling Green.

Congrats to Conner! I have to assume you are very close to him by the side note! He is a great kid and the Ryle family is very lucky to have him as a representative of the team and school.

The power for the stadium is on a totally different transformer. No need to worry! I'll be there tailgaiting with some fellow BGPers from HHS. You know what they say, "Keep you friends close and your enemies closer"! I will not, however be on the visitor's side for the game.

I am obviously rooting for Ryle to win this game. That said, I would feel very good going into the 6A playoffs with a healthy roster of Raiders that were still in this game with less than 5 minutes left to play against a program with the caliber of players and coaches from Ft. Thomas. For Ryle to be in this game and have a shot, they will have to put it all together and not let up on even one play. The Birds will make you pay for even the smallest mistakes that you may get away with against other NKY teams. I know there are a bunch of Highlands haters on BGP and most of it is pure jealousy. You have to admire the job they do year in and year out. Good luck Raiders! Make us proud boys!

It's a complete JOKE that you are even saying that Highlands is/was ducking anyone, much less SK. They play anyone who will play them. I seriously doubt Miles Simpson had them shaking in their shoes. There is a list as long as your arm of D1 players that the Birds played against and beat. Look no further than Cincinnati ST X. And by the way, Elliott will only be around one more season.
