Pittman is definitely making a case to be on the list for next year. Heard a comment in the stands today that made me laugh: "Boys, yall are looking at a future Mr. Basketball." Why can't we all just enjoy the moment?:banana:

Hicks or Salsman. Either one would have been a solid choice. Definite lack of class by those that participated in the noticeable smattering of boos when he was announced as the regional coach of the year. You may not like him, but that was not the time to display it.

The first round games are listed as starting at 6 and 7:45. That's not enough time in between to clear the gym.

I agree that how much they win by is irrelevant but it is important for them to stay sharp in anticipation of a tough semi-final matchup on Tuesday. It will have been 9 days between the district finals and the region semi-final game. You don't want your team coming out flat for a tough semi-final game.
