Correction. Corey Williams had a no hitter until the 6th inning when dunbar got their first hit. It ended up being a one hit shut out.

Any thoughts or predictions?

Shelby didnt throw all of their best pitching like owen went out and did, and it was obvious if anyone was there to see the game, that shelby hit the ball much better. The box score would definately prove that. I only can remember 3 hits owen got all game.

Shelby was obviously the better team in this game.

A big rivalry game. Any predictions?

Shelby County will only get better every year with 4 sophmores this year that got state tournament xperience and a 6'7 freshman that will be playing next year.

Eugene did have some problems but has straightened everything out. I'm not sure what he is doing now basketball wise though.

From what I've seen they're looking very solid. Looking to see them back in the top sixteen again.

Shelby County should be good with 4 great returning sophmores.

I think Mason will come out on top although Shelby could upset them if they play very well and Darius Miller isn't on. There could be a suprise here.

Who do you think is going to come out on top?

I think there are some teams in this tournament that could suprise some people and be playing on saturday. My favorite sleeper is Shelby County by far. With 8 deep and a strong presence in the post with great size, followed by 2 very quick talented guards they could give some teams a run, and might get a chance to play on saturday morning.

Shelby County is a solid team with great depth and size. Lincoln will be at a disadvantage with a 5 guard set. With at least 3 guys over 6 '3 playing for Shelby County will cause Licoln County to struggle. I take Shelby by 6 56-50
