With the players Banks has now and all the hard times he has seen lately, he doesn't need this before tourn. time. I think he has done a good job with what he has. That's the problem, I think is wrong down at Breathitt is the Admin. won't leave the team along. I've known Banks for about 20 yrs. now and I know this is eating him up inside. Bank's has done things and handle problems that I don't understand, but he is the coach and the people don't need to start rumor's at this time of year. If you are a Bobcat fan get behind the Coaches and the team and give them your support. JMO!

Hey Cuz, You are always letting everyone know your opinion and that's your right, but you do know the true reason for the 2 transfering from Breathitt and let's get the story right. Nick for one is at my house a couple times a week with him and Josh going to the gym working out together. He has said that he wouldn't have played at Breathitt this year no matter what. And has for Josh let's tell all the reader's about Coach Bank's statement that know one like Josh at Breathitt. Now if that was your kid that the Coach said that about you wouldn't like it either. Josh and Nick is both 4.0 student's and Breathitt not only lost 2 good player's but also great student's, and that's the main important thing. And by the way these 2 may have to sit out the year but both will be free agents next year and anything could happen. But one thing for sure they won't be at your beloved Breathitt. By the way Toppledad, just a couple years ago these same kids was state runners up in the middle school losing the final game on a last second shot. But with these two players transfering and several others quitting, let's put the blame in the right place. You know toppledad we have been good friend's over the years and I'm sorry to hear about your sister and we have been praying for her and as we've talk before God is the answer for anything and that is how I've been dealing with everything. I know Coach Noble and he is a fine man as well as a good coach. He just never got the respect in Breathitt Co. that he should have. He should have been Breathitt's Coach years ago and if that had been the case all of the player's that is leaving Breathitt's Basketball team would not have went anywhere. So Owsley you have a top rated coach now and good luck in the future to the Owls and Coach Noble.:dancingpa

I've notice that Breathitt co. has SL on their sch. would this be because it's a down year for SL.

I've watch alot of post by you bball king and i thought you was smarter than that to say the JBS has a better coaching staff than Breathitt. The last time these 2 teams played, on one time out JBS Coaches didn't know what to do so they let the older Stepp draw out the play. You will never see Breathitt's Coach's do that.

Final: Breathitt 94 Wolfe 59 Hayes had 32pts. 12rbs. Breathitt 24-3 this year Dist. Champs! 4-23 last year what a turnaround.

Hey Professor I for one are rooting for the Owl's I did pick them to beat Lee Co. but I won't go that far this time, but we can hope.:thumb:

I didn't say on fire, I said "fire in their eye's" and yes I would say Coach Bank's was upset anyone would if they fill their team is not performing well.:ylsuper:

I think the biggest upset was the Oswley and Lee game. Buckhorn has had some good wins this year where Oswley hasn't played well all season. And like I said from an earlier statement that I think that Coach Bank's and Coach Noble was the front runner's for the Coach of the Year and neither one has proven me wrong. I think Coach Bank's has been chosen as this year's 14th region allstar's Coach, and this is a great discision. Congrat's to Bank's and his Bobcat's on a great turnaround from last year.:thumb:

He's a fine young man and a good friend of my son. I think jackson played about as well as they could have played in the first half, Coach Bank's must have made some major ajustment's a half time because Breathitt came out with fire in their eye's the second half. In the first half Bank's made several sub. to try and find a good fit and at one time in the second quarter in had 4 freshman on the floor at the same time, this is exactly what he did on friday at owsley co. and they held their own. That take's gut's!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hey are you talking about the same team that the davision kid plays on. Watkins doesn't have a supporting cast i'm sorry but Davision is the player on this team not watkin's, he may be the fourth best player for the tiger's, BEHIDE Davision,Kilburn,Lusk. I don't mean to sound neg. about the watkin's kid i'm sure he is a fine young man but the best player on the team. I don't think so.:jump:

Professor told you after watching the owls play breathitt last friday that i thought they could beat lee co. And don't be surprise to see estill do the same against powell. Good win for the owls.:thumb:

But i do think that either owsley or estill will pull the upset if not both of them.
